Information to gather

Provide the date of the most recent rabies vaccination and its expiry date. The vaccine must be valid at purchase. A lifetime licence also needs the microchip number.

A licence can help Animal Services reunite a lost pet with its owner. The city includes one free ride home each year when a stray pet is wearing its licence tag. It can also contact an owner if the pet is injured while away from home.
