Application and installation

When applications reopen, submit one form per requested item. Each request is reviewed separately. Approved applicants receive an email requesting payment. There is no site visit with staff.

Trees are planted in late spring, early summer or mid-fall, depending on approval and conditions. Benches are installed in fall. Supplier and concrete work affect timing; the page gives both five-to-eight-week and up-to-three-month production estimates. Treat neither as a guaranteed completion date.

Applicants cannot be present during installation for safety reasons. A later gathering may be allowed. Ashes and memorial objects cannot be placed on, under or around a tree or bench.
